AK Traders is a GST-registered scrap purchasing and waste management proprietorship based in Godhra, Gujarat, India. We are engaged in the purchase of recyclable materials including but not limited to plastic scrap, paper, metals, and electronic waste from individuals and businesses.
3.1 Pricing: All purchase prices are based on current market rates and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of weighing and transaction.
3.2 Weighing: All materials are weighed using calibrated equipment at the time of collection. The weight determined at the time of pickup is final and binding.
3.3 Payment: Payment is made on the spot after weighing unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing. We accept cash and digital payment methods.
3.4 Material Acceptance: AK Traders reserves the right to refuse any material that is hazardous, illegal, or does not meet our accepted categories. We do not purchase stolen goods; sellers must be the rightful owners of materials they sell.
4.1 Our free pickup service is available within Godhra and surrounding areas at our discretion.
4.2 Scheduling a pickup does not guarantee a fixed price; pricing is confirmed on-site.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule pickups due to operational constraints, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
AK Traders is registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act with GSTIN 24ANVPK6722B1Z0. GST invoices or receipts are provided as required under applicable Indian tax laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own GST compliance for business-to-business transactions.
6.1 Users must provide accurate information when contacting or transacting with AK Traders.
6.2 Sellers warrant that they are the legal owners of all scrap materials and have the right to sell them.
6.3 Users must not submit or sell any material that is stolen, restricted, or hazardous without proper authorization.
6.4 Misrepresentation of material quantity, quality, or ownership may result in transaction cancellation and legal action.
AK Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or force majeure events.
